乳果糖联合厚朴粉穴位贴敷对术后留置导尿患儿排便的影响

Effect of Lactulose Combined with Point Application with Magnolia Powder on Defecation in Children After Surgery of Indwelling Catheter

目的:观察乳果糖联合厚朴粉穴位贴敷治疗小儿术后留置导尿患儿排便的效果。方法:将手术治疗的隐匿型阴茎和尿道下裂患儿250例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(125例)和观察组(125例),对照组给予乳果糖口服液,观察组在对照组基础上给予厚朴粉穴位贴敷,对比2组治疗效果。结果:干预后,2组便秘严重程度均降低,观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药后首次排便时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=2.827,P<0.05)。2组各类不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳果糖联合厚朴粉穴位贴敷治疗小儿术后留置导尿患儿,可以改善便秘情况,提升排便通畅程度,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the effect of lactulose combined with point application with magnolia powder on defecation in children after surgery of indwelling catheter.Methods:A total of 250 cases of children undergoing surgical treatment of concealed penis and hypospadias were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,125 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral liquid of lactulose,and the observation group was additionally given point application with magnolia powder based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the severity of constipation in the two groups was decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).After medication,the first defecation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=2.827,P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of various adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of lactulose combined with point application with magnolia powder in treating children after surgery of indwelling catheter,can improve constipation and promote patency of defecation,with good safety.
