早期运动联合中医康复对急性心肌梗死急诊PCI术后心脏功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Early Exercise Combined with Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction After Emergency PCI

目的:观察早期运动联合中医康复对急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后心脏功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将以AMI为诊断并采取PCI手术治疗患者总计200例,采取随机数字表法分成2组各100例,对照组采取常规护理康复指导,研究组在对照组基础上采取早起运动联合中医康复干预。比较2组干预前后心脏血容量指标、心脏功能指标、6 min步行距离及生活质量评分。结果:干预后,2组血容量指标较前改善(P<0.05),且研究组血容量指标优于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,2组心脏功能指标及6 min步行距离较前改善(P<0.05),研究组心脏功能指标及6 min步行距离优于对照组(P<0.001)。干预前,2组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组生活质量评分较前改善(P<0.05),且研究组各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在AMI后行PCI手术治疗的患者中,采取早期运动联合中医康复干预,可明显改善患者的心功能指标,增加6 min步行距离,改善生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of early exercise combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation on the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 200 patients diagnosed with AMI who underwent PCI were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance,and the study group additionally received the therapy of early exercise combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after intervention,the cardiac blood volume index,cardiac function index and 6 min walking distance as well as the score of quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the blood volume index in the two groups was improved respectively(P<0.05),and the one in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the cardiac function index and 6 min walking distance in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of score of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating AMI patients who underwent PCI,the therapy of early exercise combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation can significantly improve the cardiac function index,6 min walking distance and quality of life.
