通过对环境监测的全过程质量管理,能够充分保障环境监测质量,确保环境监测结果具有足够的准确性、合理性并具有一定的代表性。我国在环境监测方面发展的时间较短,在质量管理方面与一些发达国家还有一定的差距,因此本文对用于提升环境监测水平的环境监测过程质量管理的有效开展途径所作的分析具有重要意义。本文首先对于环境监测全过程质量管理的价值进行分析,同时对于环境监测全过程质量管理中存在的问题进行探讨,最后对运用环境监测全过程质量管理提升环境监测水平的途径进行研究。
