吴茱萸多糖含量测定及抗胃溃疡作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:构建吴茱萸多糖含量测定方法,分析吴茱萸多糖对胃溃疡的治疗作用。方法:使用紫外吸收分光光度计,采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定吴茱萸多糖含量,构建大鼠胃溃疡模型,依据溃疡指数、胃组织病理变化研究吴茱萸多糖的抗胃溃疡作用。结果:吴茱萸多糖能够明显降低胃溃疡指数,改善胃组织的病理学指标。结论:吴茱萸多糖含量的差异与来源存在着较大的关系,且吴茱萸多糖有预防、治疗胃溃疡的作用。 Objective:To construct a method for the determination of Evodia fructus polysaccharides and analyze the therapeutic effect of Evodia fructus polysaccharides on gastric ulcer.Method:The content of Evodia Fructus Polysaccharides was determined by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method wiht ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometer.We constructed a rat model of gastric ulcer,and the antigastric ulcer effect of Evodia Fructose Polysaccharides was studied based on the ulcer index and the pathological changes of gastric tissue.Result:Evodia fructus polysaccharides can significantly reduce the gastric ulcer index and improve the pathological indicators of gastric tissue.Conclusion:There is a great relationship between the content and the source of Evodia fructus polysaccharides,which could prevent and treat gastric ulcer.
