健脾益气法治疗梅尼埃病疗效观察

目的:观察健脾益气法治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组给予健脾益气法治疗,对照组给予倍他司汀片治疗,均治疗2周。结果:总有效率治疗组97.62%,对照组83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气法治疗梅尼埃病疗效更好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of invigorating the spleen and qi in treating Meniere's disease.Method:84 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with the method of strengthening the spleen and qi while the control group were treated with betahistine tablets.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Result:The total effective rate was 97.62%in the treatment group while that was 83.33%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi has a better effect on Meniere's disease.
