切开引流术配合解毒散熏洗治疗肛窦炎疗效观察

目的:观察切开引流术配合解毒散熏洗剂治疗肛窦炎的疗效。方法:78例随机分为两组,治疗组41例用肛窦切开引流术配合解毒散熏洗治疗,对照组37例用美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯拴及马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗。结果:治疗组术后1周疼痛程度重于对照组(P<0.05),但术后2周及3周疼痛程度明显减轻且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肛门下坠感改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:切开引流术配合解毒散熏洗治疗肛窦炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of incision and drainage combined with Jiedusan Fumigation Lotion in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Method:78 cases were randomly divided into two groups.41 cases were treated with anal sinus incision and drainage combined with Jiedusan Fumigation Lotion as the treatment group while 37 cases were treated with mecinozolone red coumarol ester and Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Cream as the control group.Result:The pain degree of the treatment group was heavier than that of the control group at the time point of 1 week after the operation(P<0.05),but the pain level was significantly reduced at the time point of 2 and 3 weeks after the operation and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of straining feeling of anus in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Incision and drainage combined with Jiedusan Fumigation Lotion is effective in treating anal sinusitis.
