浮针疗法联合雷火灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:观察浮针疗法联合雷火灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予浮针疗法配合雷火灸治疗,对照组单用雷火灸疗法,3天为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程,两组均给予健康指导。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均降低(P<0.01),观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:浮针疗法联合雷火灸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating needle therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion in treating nerve root cervical spondylosis.Method:According to the random number table method,60 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with floating needle therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion therapy while the control group were only treated with thunder fire moxibustion therapy.Both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment,with 3 days as a course of treatment.Both groups were given health guidance.Result:The VAS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%while that of the control group was 83.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Floating needle therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion has a good clinical effect in treating nerve root cervical spondylosis.
