中美第一阶段经贸协议中几种乳制品及其工艺分析

摘要 2020年1月中旬中美正式签署第一阶段经贸协议。该协议附录二中,中美双方就乳品达成一系列贸易条款,涉及延长保质期乳(Extended Shelf-Life Milk)、强化乳(Fortified Milk)、超滤液态乳(Ultrafiltered Fluid Milk)、乳渗透物粉(Dairy Permeate Powder)等美国扩大出口中国的几种乳制品。本文结合国际国内乳品相关标准和规定等,对协议中新出现的几种乳制品及可能相关的生产工艺进行了简要阐释分析和比较,并提出完善奶业标准的有关建议。 Economic and trade agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United States of America formally signed in Mid-January 2020. Appendix II of the agreement reached a series of trade terms on dairy products, involving the Extended Shelf-Life Milk, Fortified Milk, Ultrafiltered Fluid Milk and Dairy Permeate Powder, which would be exported by the United States to China. According to international and domestic standards and regulations on dairy products, this article briefly explains and analyzes these new several types of dairy products and processing technology which may be related.
