摘要
为确定进气系统结构特性对发动机动力性能的影响,对进气系统的流场及动态特性进行了数值仿真分析。应用k-ε湍流模型,分析了进气口锥度对限流阀进气量的影响规律;根据影响进气谐振效应的参数分析,对稳压腔的结构进行了优化设计;根据对其流场仿真分析结果,得到其对各缸进气波动量的影响规律。对采用优化后的进气系统的发动机进行了系列台架试验,得到进气系统优化后的发动机外特性参数,验证了设计优化结果。
In order to determine the effect of structure parameters of engine intake system on the engine power performance,the airflow field distribution and dynamic characteristics were simulated. The influence law of the cone angle for the air inlet on the intake air volume of the limiting valve was analyzed by applying the standard k-ε turbulence model. According to the parameter analysis of the intake resonance,the structure of the regulators chamber was optimized. Based on the flow field simulation analysis of the regulators chamber,the influence law of the fluctuation value for individual cylinders was obtained. The calibration test of engine using the optimized intake system was implemented. The optimum design results were verified by the engine performance curve.
