摘要
折边是车身门盖常见的工艺形式,门盖内外板合装是折边前的必经工序。采用CAE有限元仿真及其网格变形技术,分析一定工艺条件下前盖内外板在干涉状态下的合装,得到前盖外板不同翻边角度的的合装分析结果,对于指导折边工艺开发、提升折边表面质量、降低制造成本及推动车身智能制造具有重要意义。
Hemming is a common process which is used in car-body hood manufacturing,and loading between the hood inner and outer panels is inevitable before hemming. The analysis on interference loading by means of CAE finite element simulation and mesh morphing ensures the loading results based on different open flange angles of the outer panel. It is helpful to develop the hemming process,achieve high-quality surface,reduce cost and ensure a higher standard of car-body intelligent manufacturing.
