摘要
针对GCX-1000型轨道除雪车下压控制液压回路存在下压力稳定性差、作用点不合适导致结构变形、作业过程中其他油缸无法动作等问题,对液压回路进行改进,并介绍工作原理。为确定蓄能器对回路下压力稳定性的影响并确定其参数,采用Simcenter Amesim软件建立液压仿真模型,对下压油缸的运动频率、蓄能器的充气压强以及蓄能器容积不同时系统的动态特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,这种建模方式具有较高的精度,为除雪小车下压力稳定性的分析提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic circuit was improved targeting the problems in the hydraulic circuit for downward pressure control of GCX-1000 track snow sweeper,such as poor downward pressure stability,improper working point resulting in structural deformation and failure of other oil cylinders in the operation process.The working principle is also introduced.A hydraulic simulation model was established using the Simcenter Amesim software to carry out simulated analysis on dynamic characteristics of the system under different operating frequency of oil cylinders for downward pressure,different charge pressure and capacity of the energy accumulator,to identify the impact of energy accumulator on downward pressure stability of the circuit and define the parameters.The simulation results show that the modeling method is of high accuracy and provides theoretical basis for analysis on downward pressure stability of the snow sweeper.
