摘要
肯尼亚蒙内铁路项目是首条海外项目中完全采用中国标准、中国运营的铁路,机车运用维修质量影响全线运营管理成败。根据工程特点,结合肯尼亚既有铁路现状,对比分析坦赞铁路机车运用维修模式,研究分析蒙内铁路机车运用维修模式,开拓了“中国标准+中国制造+中国服务”的新模式,探索建立和完善了海外项目机车运用维修模式,可为后续海外项目提供参考借鉴。
The Mombasa-Nairobi Railway Project in Kenya is the first overseas railway project which is built completely as per Chinese standards and operated by a Chinese company.The operation and maintenance quality of locomotives is of vital importance to operation management across the line.According to the project characteristics and current conditions of the existing railways in Kenya,through comparative analysis of the locomotive operation and maintenance mode of the TAZARA,the locomotive operation and maintenance mode of the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway was studied.A new mode of“Chinese Standards+Made in China+China Service”was developed,and the locomotive operation and maintenance mode for overseas projects was established and improved through practice,to provide a reference for future overseas projects.
