摘要 目的研究脑源性神经营养因子(BNDF)对糖尿病及其并发症的影响。方法采用文献资料法和比较研究法,检索有关脑源性神经营养因子(BNDF)在糖尿病及其并发症中作用的文章。结果根据文献报道,BNDF可改善胰岛素抵抗,增加人体能量消耗并调节血糖稳态。结论BDNF在糖尿病及其并发症的预防和控制中具有良好的作用。 Objective To review the effect of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)on diabetes and its complications in recent years.Methods Literature research and comparative research were used to retrieve articles on the brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in diabetes and its complications.Results According to the literature,BDNF had the effects of improving insulin resistance,enhancing energy consumption and improving glucose balance for the patients.Conclusion BDNF plays a good role in the prevention and management of diabetes and its complications.
