Application of hydrophilic interaction chromatography in the analysis of polar components of Chinese medicine

目的对亲水作用色谱在中药极性成分分析中应用进展进行了综述。方法对近年来国内外相关文献进行归纳和总结。结果亲水作用色谱法对于中药极性成分有高保留性,通过对实验条件的优化可对中药极性成分进行多样研究。结论亲水作用色谱法将在中药极性成分测定领域发挥重要作用,为中药有效成分的发现、测定以及质量控制提供可靠的技术手段。

Objective To overview the application of hydrophilic interaction chromatography in the analysis of polar components of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Relative references about the analysis of polar components of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized and analyzed.Results Polar components of traditional Chinese medicine were highly retentive on hydrophilic interaction chromatography.Various studies can be conducted on the polar components of traditional Chinese medicine by optimizing the experimental conditions.Conclusion Hydrophilic interaction chromatography is playing an important role in the determination of polar components of traditional Chinese medicine,which provided reliable technical means for the discovery,determination and quality control of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine.
