提高煤灰熔融性测定结果准确性的探讨

摘要 煤灰熔融特征温度测定结果受多方面因素影响,结合生产试验过程中遇到的问题,从灰的制作、灰锥的制作、试验气氛和图像识别4个方面,分别分析了其对煤灰熔融性测定结果准确性的影响及程度,并提出了有效的应对方法和措施。 The determination of coal ash fusion characteristics is influenced by many factors.Combined the problems encountered in the experimental process,the influence and degree on the accuracy of the experimental results were analyzed and discussed in this paper from four aspects:the production of ash,the production of ash cone,the test atmosphere and the image recognition.And the effective solutions and measures were made finally.
