摘要
以某电厂全煤泥循环流化床锅炉实际运行为例,探讨了全煤泥循环流化床锅炉运行过程中SO2释放特性以及煤泥循环流化床锅炉炉内脱硫技术的影响因素;结果表明,全煤泥循环流化床锅炉特殊的燃烧特性导致了原始SO2排放浓度波动,从而引起脱硫率的变化,决定全煤泥循环流化床锅炉炉内脱硫效率的主要因素是“石灰石有效存有量”的变化,而不是钙/硫比。
In this paper,the actual operation of an all-slime circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant is taken as an example,Emphatically discusses the slime circulating fluidized bed boiler operation in the process of SO 2 release characteristics and coal slime circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace the influence factors of desulfurization technology.The results show that,All slime circulating fluidized bed boiler,the combustion characteristic of special led to the original SO 2 emission concentration fluctuations,Thus resulting in a change in desulfurization rate,The main reason for determining the desulfurization efficiency in the whole slime circulating fluidized bed boiler is the change of“effective limestone storage quantity”,that is,the actual determination of desulfurization rate is“effective limestone storage quantity”rather than the ratio of calcium to sulfur.
