优质护理管理理念在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Management Concept in Emergency Nursing Management of Children with Acute Asthma

目的探究优质护理管理理念应用于小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法择取2018年1月—2019年5月期间于该院收治的82例急性发作哮喘症患儿作为研究对象,将其均分为创新组和参照组,每组41例患儿。创新组采用优质护理管理理念,参照组采用常规护理管理模式,研究比较两组患儿护理效果。结果①护理总有效率:创新组患儿护理总有效率为95.12%(39/41),较参照组患儿高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理满意度:创新组患儿家属护理满意度为97.56%(40/41),较参照组患儿家属高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中引入优质护理管理理念,有助于改善患儿病症,提升患儿满意度,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing management concept in emergency nursing management of children with acute asthma.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,82 cases of acute asthma patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into an innovation group and a reference group,each group of 41 children.In the innovative group received the concept of high-quality nursing management.The reference group received the conventional nursing management model,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The total effective rate of nursing:The total effective rate of nursing in the innovative group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than that in the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Nursing satisfaction:The nursing satisfaction of the children of the innovative group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than that of the children of the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of high-quality nursing management concepts in the emergency nursing management of acute asthma in children can help improve the illness of children and increase the satisfaction of children.It is worthy of clinical application.
