门诊与住院患者满意度问卷的编制及检验 被引量:1

摘要 目的改良编制《门诊/住院患者满意度调查问卷》,并检验其信效度。方法在文献检索、专题小组讨论的基础上筛选问卷条目。2018年8月,采用方便抽样的方法选取兰州市某三级甲等专科医院、社区医院、高等医学院内工作的专家6名作为函询对象。2018年11月采用方便抽样法,选取兰州市某三级甲等专科医院门诊与住院各50例患者为预调查对象,对改良编制的《门诊/住院患者满意度调查问卷》的维度和条目进行预调查并进行信效度测试。结果《门诊/住院患者满意度调查问卷》的信效度均较高。主成分法分别提取了1个公因子,即服务态度与过程对总体评价有显著影响。结论《门诊/住院患者满意度调查问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可作为医疗机构对患者服务满意度调查的评价工具。 Objective To improve the"outpatient/inpatient satisfaction questionnaire"and test its reliability and validity.Methods The questionnaire items were screened on the basis of literature search and panel discussion.In August 2018,6 cases of experts working in a third-class A-level specialist hospital,community hospital,and higher medical school in Lanzhou were selected as the object of inquiry by means of convenient sampling.In November 2018,the convenience sampling method was used to select 50 patients in each outpatient and inpatient department of a third-class A-level specialty hospital in Lanzhou City as the pre-survey object.The dimensions and entries of the improved"outpatient/inpatient satisfaction questionnaire"were prepared.Pre-investigate and conduct reliability and validity tests.Results The reliability and validity of the Outpatient/Inpatient Satisfaction Questionnaire were all high.The principal component method separately extracted a common factor,that is,service attitude and process have a significant impact on the overall evaluation.Conclusion The Outpatient/Inpatient Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for medical service satisfaction surveys of patients.
