持续质量改进在消毒供应中心质量管理中的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Quality Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的探究在消毒供应中心质量管理中实施持续质量改进的实际临床价值。方法选取28名在2018年3月—2019年6月该院消毒供应中心的工作人员,随机分为观察组(持续质量改进管理模式)和对照组(常规管理模式)各14名。结果与对照组(71.43%)相比,观察组管理满意度(92.86%)较高(χ^2=12.941,P<0.05)。且相比于对照组,观察组专业技能和理论知识各指标评分均较高(t=11.205、12.018,P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心质量管理中实施持续质量改进,能够有效提高工作人员对管理工作的满意度,使工作人员的技术水平得到明显提高,有利于促进消毒供应中心的质量水平得到显著提升。

Objective To explore the actual clinical value of continuous quality improvement in the quality management of the disinfection supply center.Methods Twenty-eight workers from our hospital's disinfection supply center from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(continuous quality improvement management mode)and a control group(conventional management mode),each of 14 people.Results Compared with the control group(71.43%),the observation group had higher management satisfaction(92.86%)(χ^2=12.941,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group's professional skills and theoretical knowledge scores were higher(t=11.205,12.018,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement in the quality management of the disinfection supply center can effectively increase the staff's satisfaction with the management,so that the staff's technical level has been significantly improved,which is conducive to promoting the quality level of the disinfection supply center to be significantly improved.
