安全用药护理管理制度的实施效果研究

Study on the Effect of the Implementation of Safe Medication Nursing Management System

目的探讨该院临床用药护理管理制度的实施效果,为用药安全提供借鉴。方法2018年9月—2019年9月以138名护理人员为研究对象。按时间顺序将护理人员分为对照组和观察组,每组69名,对照组按常规护理进行常规用药。观察组接受安全用药护理管理服务,分析两组安全用药情况。结果观察组护理人员护理差错发生率为2.90%,护理投诉时间发生率为1.45%;护理期间患者出现并发症事件发生率为2.90%。观察组护理人员对安全用药管理体系的满意率为95.65%,对照组为88.41%。结论安全用药管理系统的实施,可以有效地监测和管理临床用药情况,提高用药安全性,降低用药风险事件的发生率,保证药物治疗的效果,在临床实践中具有实际应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management system of clinical medication in this hospital,and to provide reference for drug safety.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,138 nursing staff were taken as the research object.The nursing staff were divided into a control group and an observation group in chronological order,with 69 cases,in the control group routine medication according to routine care.The observation group received safe medication nursing management services,and analyzed the safety medication situation of the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing errors of nursing staff in the observation group was 2.90%,and the incidence of nursing complaints was 1.45%;the incidence of complications during nursing was 2.90%.The satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group on the safe medication management system is 95.65%,and that in the control group was 88.41%.Conclusion The implementation of a safe medication management system can effectively monitor and manage the clinical medication situation,improve medication safety,reduce the incidence of medication risk events,and ensure the effectiveness of medication,and has practical application value in clinical practice.
