肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管的护理及安全管理

Nursing and Safety Management of PICC Catheter in Patients with Cancer Chemotherapy

目的分析肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管的护理及安全管理的应用价值。方法将该院于2018年5月—2019年6月收治的肿瘤化疗患者100例及护理人员20名作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)及对照组(n=50),护理人员每组10名,两组患者均实施PICC导管化疗,观察组实施安全管理护理,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察两组肿瘤化疗患者满意度、护理依从性、护理不良事件及并发症发生率、SAS及SDS评分、护理人员成绩评分。结果观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、护理满意度、护理依从率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理不良事件及并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理人员成绩评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管的护理中应用安全管理,有效增强患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of nursing and safety management of PICC catheter in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 tumor chemotherapy patients and 20 nursing staff who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).There were 10 people in each group,and both groups of patients were treated with PICC catheter chemotherapy.The observation group implemented safety management and nursing,and the control group implemented routine nursing management.Observe the satisfaction of two groups of cancer chemotherapy patients,nursing compliance,nursing adverse events and complications,SAS and SDS scores,nursing staff scores.Results The observation group had significantly better SAS score,SDS score,nursing satisfaction,and nursing compliance rate than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events and complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).the score of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety management in the care of PICC catheters for cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively enhance the patient's nursing satisfaction.
