人性化管理在急诊护理管理中的应用体会

Experience of Applying Humanized Management in Emergency Nursing Management

目的研究人性化管理应用在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年5月—2018年5月该院未实行人性化管理前在该院急诊就诊的42例患者作为该次研究的对照组,将2018年6月—2019年6月该院实行人性化管理后前来就诊的42例患者作为该次研究,对比人性化管理前后急诊护理人员的工作压力评分、工作倦怠感评分和压力应对方式评分满意度。结果管理后护理人员的各项工作压力评分均低于管理前;管理后的应对方式评分如积极应对评分高于管理前,管理后应对方式评分如消极应对评分低于管理前;观察组的护理满意度97.33%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理管理中采用人性化管理,不仅可以降低护理人员的工作压力、减轻其倦怠感、提高积极应对压力的能力,还能减少患者的不良心理情绪,提升护理满意度,效果显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the application effect of humanized management in emergency nursing management.Methods Randomly select 42 patients who were treated in the hospital emergency department before the implementation of humanized management from May 2017 to May 2018 as the control group of this study,from June 2018 to June 2019 in the hospital,42 patients who came to the hospital after implementing humanized management were used in this study to compare the work stress score,stress coping style scores and satisfaetion of emergency nursing staff before and after humanized management.Results The scores of various work pressures of nursing staff after management were lower than before management;The post-management coping style score,such as the positive coping style score,was higher than before management,and the post-management coping style score,such as the negative coping style score,was lower than before;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.33%higher than that of the control group 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized management in emergency nursing management can not only reduce the work pressure of the nursing staff,reduce their sense of burnout,and improve the ability to actively cope with stress,but also reduce the patient's negative psychological emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical reference.
