人性化护理服务模式在门诊护理管理工作中的 应用探讨

目的探讨人性化护理服务模式在门诊护理管理工作中的应用。方法选取该院门诊2019年10—11月收治的200例患者以及20名护理人员作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组在常规护理管理的基础上实施人性化护理服务模式,对照组仅给予常规护理管理,比较两组护理管理质量指标评分和护理满意度。结果观察组操作技能、沟通能力、责任意识、服务态度等护理管理质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为94.00%(94/100),高于对照组的84.00%(84/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务模式的应用,可以提高门诊护理管理工作的质量,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of humanized nursing service model in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 200 patients and 20 nursing staff admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital from October to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.and they were divided into observation group and control group,100 cases each.The observation group implemented a humanized nursing service model on the basis of routine nursing management,while the control group was only given routine nursing management,comparing the scores of nursing management quality indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The observation group's operation skill,communication ability,responsibility awareness,service attitude and other nursing management quality index scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%(94/100),which was higher than the control group's 84.00%(84/100),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service model can improve the quality of outpatient nursing management and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
