摘要
目的分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果。方法将该院于2018年6月—2019年6月收治的乳腺癌手术患者100例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)及对照组(n=50),护理人员每组10名,观察组实施人性化管理,对照组实施常规护理,护理质量优良率、生活质量评分、患者的护理依从率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理质量优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度优于对照组护理总满意度(P<0.05),观察组护理依从率明显高于对照组患者护理依从率(P<0.05),观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组观察组生活质量评分(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌手术护理中应用人性化管理,有效提升患者的护理依从性、提升护理质量,增强患者护理满意度,使患者积极治疗,促进乳腺癌手术患者的临床恢复速度,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer surgery.Methods 100 patients with breast cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were taken as observation objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50),the observation group implemented humanized management,and the control group implemented routine nursing,with excellent nursing quality rate,quality of life score,patient's nursing compliance rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results The excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),observation group quality of life score was better than control group observation group quality of life score(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management in breast cancer surgery nursing can effectively improve the patient's nursing compliance,improve the quality of care,enhance the patient's nursing satisfaction,enable patients to actively treat,and promote the clinical recovery speed of breast cancer surgery patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
