微课在牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用探析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析微课在牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取该校口腔临床医学五年制本科生60名作研究对象,选取时间2017年9月—2018年7月,按照不同教学方法将其分成两组,即参照组(n=30)及观察组(n=30)。予以参照组传统大课教学模式,在此基础上予以观察组融入微课教学模式。比较两组学生教学后对教学效果满意情况与笔试考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩情况。结果观察组学生对知识点的系统把握总满意率为73.33%、培养科研创新能力总满意率为93.33%、培养学生求知欲总满意率为96.67%、及时解决疑难问题总满意率为96.67%、提高学习效率总满意率为96.67%,均依次高于参照组的50.00%、66.67%、70.00%、63.33%、66.67%,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床进展考试成绩为(15.26±0.52)分、问诊考核成绩为(16.61±0.72)分、病例分析考核成绩为(26.44±0.68)分、临床操作考核成绩为(46.58±0.50)分,均高于参照组的各科考核成绩,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课在牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用效果显著,可明显提升学生对教学效果的总满意率,并能提高其临床进展、问诊、病例分析、临床操作等水平,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-classes in teaching of dental endodontics.Methods Sixty undergraduates of five-year clinical medicine in the school were selected as the research objects,and the time was selected from September 2017 to July 2018,and they were divided into 2 groups according to different teaching methods,namely the reference group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Refer to the traditional large-class teaching mode of the reference group,and then integrate the observation group into the micro-class teaching mode on this basis.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of students with the teaching effect after teaching,the results of the written test and clinical skills assessment.Results The overall satisfaction rate of students in the observation group for systematic grasp of knowledge points was 73.33%,the overall satisfaction rate for training scientific research and innovation capabilities was 93.33%,the overall satisfaction rate for training students’curiosity was 96.67%,and the overall satisfaction rate for solving difficult problems in time was 96.67%,the overall satisfaction rate of improving learning efficiency was 96.67%,higher than the reference group's 50.00%,66.67%,70.00%,63.33%,66.67%in order.The statistical difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group of clinical progress examination score of the group was(15.26±0.52)points,the examination assessment score was(16.61±0.72)points,the case analysis assessment score was(26.44±0.68)points,and the clinical operation assessment score was(46.58±0.50)points.All of them are higher than the assessment scores of the subjects in the reference group.The data comparison between the groups has statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-classes in teaching of dental endodontics is significant,which can significantly improve the overall satisfaction rate of students with teaching effects,and can improve their clinical progress,interrogation,case analysis,clinical operation and other levels,application value was higher.
