PBL教学法在检验科实习带教中的价值和教学质量观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察分析PBL教学法在检验科实习带教中的应用价值及教学质量影响。方法将2017年6月—2019年5月期间于该院检验科进行实习的检验师共25名设为研究对象开展对比性带教研究。根据实习检验师入科时间差异性,将2017年6月—2018年5月期间入科实习检验师设为对照组共12名,将2018年6月—2019年5月期间入科实习检验师设为观察组共13名。实习期间予以对照组传统带教,予以观察组PBL教学模式带教。对比两组实习生带教前后检验理论知识、检验操作技能考核成绩变化,理论、技能最终考核合格率及教学评价差异性。结果两组实习检验师入科带教前检验理论知识、检验操作技能考核成绩组间对比结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经临床带教后,两组检验师理论、技能考核成绩均有提升,观察组检验理论知识、检验操作技能考核成绩提升幅度明显大于对照组,且观察组理论、技能最终考核合格率及各项教学评价满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论检验科实习带教中PBL教学法的应用,可通过问题引导及教学模式的有效变革,为实习检验师综合技能水平的有效提升提供条件,且带教效果显著。 Objective To observe and analyze the application value of PBL teaching method in the practice teaching of laboratory science and the influence of teaching quality.Methods A total of 25 inspectors who practiced in the laboratory of the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were set as the research object to carry out comparative teaching research.According to the difference in the entry time of the intern inspector,the enrollment intern examiner from June 2017 to May 2018 was set as a control group of a total of 12,and the intern examiner from June 2018 to May 2019 of a total of 13 as the observation group.During the internship,they will be given traditional guidance in the control group and PBL teaching model in the observation group.Comparing the two groups of interns before and after teaching to test the theoretical knowledge,test operation skills assessment results change,the final assessment rate of theory and skills and the difference in teaching evaluation.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of internship inspectors in the examination of theoretical knowledge and examination operation skills before entering the department(P>0.05);after clinical teaching,the theoretical and skill assessment scores of the two groups were improved.The improvement of theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the passing rate of the final assessment of theory and skill and satisfaction with various teaching evaluations of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PBL teaching method in the practice teaching of the laboratory department can provide conditions for the effective improvement of the comprehensive skill level of the practice examiner through problem guidance and effective reform of the teaching mode,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
