摘要 食品安全现已成为全球性关注的重要问题之一。近年来,我国加大了食品安全监管力度,理化检验作为食品安全监管的有效手段,保证其质量尤为重要。基于此点,文章从食品理化检验技术及其相关程序分析入手,阐述了影响食品理化检验质量的关键因素,在此基础上提出食品理化检验技术的质量控制措施,期望能够对食品理化检验质量的提升有所帮助。 Food safety has now become one of the important issues of global concern.In recent years,my country has stepped up food safety supervision.As an effective means of food safety supervision,physical and chemical inspection is particularly important to ensure its quality.Based on this point,the article starts with the analysis of food physical and chemical inspection technology and its related procedures,expounds the key factors affecting the quality of food physical and chemical inspection,on this basis,the quality control measures of food physical and chemical inspection technology is put forward,which is expected to contribute to the improvement of food physicochemical inspection quality.
