摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元软件对高强冷弯钢管混凝土轴压短柱的荷载变形曲线进行有限元分析,探讨钢材强度、宽厚比、长宽比参数对高强冷弯钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力的影响.基于实验分析过程,对27根试件有限元模拟的结果采用非线性回归的方法,得出了随着宽厚比和长宽比的提高,钢管混凝土短柱的承载能力相应提高,随着钢管混凝土强度的提高而导致其对核心混凝土的约束能力增高,从而使整体承载能力提高.同时推导出高强冷弯钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力的实用计算公式,以供实际工程参考.
In this paper,the load-deformation curve of high-strength cold-formed concrete-filled steel tubular short columns under axial compression is analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software.The effects of steel strength,width-thickness ratio and aspect ratio on the bearing capacity of high-strength cold-formed concrete-filled steel tubular short columns are discussed.Based on the experimental process,a nonlinear regression method is used for the finite element simulation of the 27 specimens.The results show that the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular short columns increases with the increase of width-thickness ratio and length-width ratio,and the restraint capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular short columns to core concrete increases with the increase of concrete-filled steel tube strength.As the same time,an empirical bearing capacity formula for concrete-filled cold-formed high strength steel tube short columns under axial compression is presented for practical engineering reference.
