中医延续性护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用价值

Applical value of continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for breast cancer patients

目的探讨中医延续性护理在乳腺癌护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取在荆门市第一人民医院甲状腺乳腺外科2015年10月至2017年10月收治的85例乳腺癌患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,依据护理方法分成对照组(42例)和观察组(43例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医延续性护理,对比两组护理成效,包括护理前后两组患者健康知识掌握情况、生活质量、心理状态、肩关节活动度对比、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)得分、乳腺癌并发症发生率。采用t检验和χ^2检验进行统计学分析。结果观察组的患者健康知识得分、护理后生活质量得分高于对照组[(93.8±1.8)与(78.6±1.9)分,(291.3±17.2)与(271.5±16.9)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者肩关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SAS、SDS得分、乳腺癌并发症发生率明显低于对照组[(48.52±1.76)与(57.35±1.42)分,(50.07±3.27)与(59.21±1.81)分,6.98%(3/43)与23.81%(10/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医延续性护理可提高乳腺癌患者相关健康知识掌握情况,缓解焦虑抑郁等负面情绪,减少并发症发生,值得展开应用。

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)continuous nursing in nursing of breast cancer.Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,85 cases of breast cancer were admitted in Department of Thyroid and Mammary Surgery and Obstetrics,Jingmen NO.1 People's Hospital and selected as research objects by randomly,and they were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous TCM nursing,and the nursing results(health knowledge,quality of life,psychological state,range of motion of shoulder joint,score of SAS and SDS,incidence of breast cancer complications for the two groups before and after nursing)of the two groups were compared.t test and χ^2 test were used for statistical analysis.Results The observation group was higher than control group in health knowledge score,quality of life score before and after nursing[(93.8±1.8)vs(78.6±1.9)points,(291.3±17.2)vs(271.5±16.9)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was higher than control group in shoulder range of motion with statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group was higher than control group in the score of SAS and SDS after nursing,incidence of breast cancer complications with statistical significance[(48.52±1.76)vs(57.35±1.42)points,(50.07±3.27)vs(59.21±1.81)points,6.98%(3/43)vs 23.81%(10/42)](P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of TCM can improve the relevant health knowledge of breast cancer patients,relieve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
