摘要 某电厂300 MW亚临界锅炉炉底安装风冷式干渣机,热渣冷却风以炉底漏风的形式进入炉膛,造成排烟温度升高和NOX生成浓度升高。对此,在风冷式干渣机箱体安装一套负压抽风系统,通过旋风分离器、增压风机将热渣冷却风抽送至送风机出口,排烟温度及NOX生成浓度得到了有效降低,为同类型锅炉节能降耗提供了一定的依据。 An air-cooled slag dryer is installed at the bottom of a 300 MW subcritical boiler in a power plant.The hot slag cooling air enters the furnace in the form of bottom leakage,which causes the temperature of exhaust gas to rise and the concentration of NOX generation to rise.Therefore,a set of negative pressure exhaust system is installed in the air-cooled dry slag box.The hot slag cooling air is pumped to the outlet of forced draft fan through cyclone separator and booster fan.The exhaust gas temperature and NOX generation concentration are effectively reduced.It provides a certain basis for energy saving and consumption reduction of the same type of boilers.
