摘要 电网风险是指运行中存在影响运行安全的因素、事件或状态发生的可能性和危害后果的组合。其中,危害后果主要体现在负荷损失、用户停电、变电站(或母线)失压、设备非计划停运等维度。可能性即发生概率,主要体现在线路、主变、母线等各种设备在不同健康度和外界条件下发生故障的概率不同。基于检修方式下进行危害性辨识,综合评估危害后果和发生概率,最大限度地降低电网风险成为了关键问题。本文分析了110 kV联络线串供220 kV变电站部分设备,线路开环点设置以及用户向外转移等降低电网风险的方法,阐述了各种方法的优劣性。 Power grid risk refers to the combination of the possibility and harmful consequences that factors,events or states may affect operation safety in operation.Among them,the harmfulness is mainly reflected in load loss,user power failure,voltage loss of substation(or bus),unplanned outage of equipment and so on.The possibility is the probability of occurrence,which is mainly reflected in the different probability of failure of various equipment such as line,transformer and bus under different health and external conditions.Based on the maintenance mode,hazard identification,comprehensive hazard consequences and probability of occurrence,to minimize the risk of power grid,has become a key issue.This paper analyzes the methods to reduce the risk of power grid,such as some equipment of 220 kV substation series supplied by 110 kV interconnection line,the setting of line open-loop point and the outward transfer of users,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.
