600 MW机组汽动引风机预防抢风的优化措施分析

摘要 本文针对600 MW火电机组环保改造后烟道阻力增加、空预器堵塞使汽动引风机在正常运行时发生抢风现象,提出进行机组投入暖风器优化、空预器吹灰改造、脱硝喷氨优化、提高机组负荷率等措施,在措施执行后有效降低了此现象的发生。 In view of the phenomenon that the flue resistance increases and the air preheater is blocked after the environmental protection retrofit of 600 MW thermal power unit,which makes the steam driven induced draft fan run in normal operation,some measures are put forward,such as putting the air heater into the unit,retrofitting the air preheater for soot blowing,optimizing the denitration and ammonia injection,and increasing the unit load rate,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon after the implementation of the measures.
