Fault Analysis and Treatment of Ovation System High Density Card

浙能阿克苏热电有限公司2台35万kW超临界热电联产机组,DCS系统采用采用艾默生公司Ovation控制系统,版本号3.5.1。自从投入运行以来,Ovation控制系统出现一些严重影响机组安全的问题。本文对电厂Ovation控制系统出现的问题及解决方案进行了分析,对采用相同系统的机组的缺陷处理及新建机组的卡件选型具有借鉴意义。

Emerson ovation control system is adopted in DCS system of two 350000 kW supercritical cogeneration units of zeneng Aksu Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,version No.3.5.1.Since it was put into operation,ovation control system has encountered some problems that seriously affect the safety of the unit.This paper analyzes the problems of ovation control system in our plant and describes the solutions.It has reference significance for the defect treatment of units with the same system and card selection of new units.
