10 kV隔离开关操作力大小量化初探

摘要 10 kV隔离开关采用手动操作,在操作过程中,往往仅凭操作人员的习惯和经验去判断是否可以用力,用力是否合适。由于个体差异,容易发生操作力过大或过小的问题,使隔离开关不能正常分合而误判为隔离开关故障。为此,研制了一种新型力矩操作工具,解决此类问题。 The 10 kV isolating switch is manually operated.In the process of operation,it is often based on the habits and experience of the operator to determine whether the force can be used or not.Due to individual differences,the problem of too large and too small operating force is prone to cause the disconnect switch to fail to normally open and close and misjudged as a disconnect switch failure.To this end,a new torque operation tool has been developed to solve such problems.
