输电线路耐张塔挂线二道保护轻型化技术研究

摘要 输电线路施工中耐张塔挂线施工属于重要施工工序,安规要求耐张挂线时必须采取二道保护。目前二道保护一般使用定长的钢丝绳或包胶的钢绞线做的临锚绳。由于二道保护的重量较大操作不便,高空人员施工难度和劳动强度较大,同时二道保护的预紧程度较难符合规范要求。所以拟采用轻型高强的绳索代替钢丝绳,降低工人施工难度和劳动强度,提高安全性和施工效率。 In the construction of the transmission line,the conductor hanging of the strain tower is one of the most important procedures.According to the safety regulations,secondary protection during this procedure is required.At present,fixed length steel cable or temporary anchor rope made of rubber coated steel strand are generally used in secondary protection.However,heavy weight of the secondary protection leads to inconvenient operation and higher labor intensity for on-tower workers.Meanwhile,the preload degree of secondary protection is hard to meet the requirement of safety regulations.Thus,we plan to replace steel cable with high strength lightweight rope to reduce the construction difficulty and labor intensity.In the same time,safety and construction efficiency are improved.
