袋式除尘器的模块化结构设计及模拟试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于传统袋式除尘器过滤箱体结构进行优化改进,设计一种新型模块化袋式除尘器。本文模拟研究了除尘器内部气流的轨迹以及速度分布情况。结果表明,该新型袋式除尘器内部气流分布较均匀。各过滤仓室气体流量分配偏差最大值为-4.65%,均值方根为0.043,流量分配均匀性较好。滤袋表面平均实际过滤风速在0.69 m/min,能够较好地实现过滤效果。该新型袋式除尘器整体阻力损失对较低约为260 Pa,有利于除尘器的运行节能。 Based on the optimization and improvement of the filter box structure of the traditional bag filter, a new type of modular bag filter is designed. This paper simulates the trajectory and velocity distribution of the internal airflow of the precipitator. The results illustrate that the inner airflow of the new type of bag filter is uniform. The maximum deviation of gas flow distribution in each filter chamber was 4.65%, and the root mean square deviation was 0.087. The average actual filtration wind speed on the surface of the filter bag is 0.69 m/min, which can achieve better filtration effect. The resistance loss of the new bag-type filter is about 260 Pa, which is conducive to energy saving in the operation of the bag filter.
