HVAC Design of Jiahua Hotel in Neijiang Wanda Plaza

内江万达广场嘉华酒店为五星级酒店,配置要求高、功能复杂。空调水系统按后勤和公共区域,客房区独立设置。空调机组(AHU/PAU)和风机盘管(FCU)分为不同的水环路。公共服务部分大空间采用全空气系统,小空间和客房采用风机盘管+新风系统,空调水系统采用四管制。本文主要介绍了酒店的冷热源、水系统、风系统设计,防排烟、空调自控等系统设计。

Neijiang Wanda Plaza Jiahua Hotel is a five-star hotel with high configuration requirements and complicated functions. Air conditioning water system is set up independently according to logistics、public area and guest room area.Air conditioning units(AHU/PAU)and fan coil units(FCU)are divided into different water loops. In the public service part, all-air system is adopted for large spaces, fan coil unit plus fresh air system is adopted for small spaces and guest rooms, and four pipes are adopted for air conditioning system. This article mainly introduces the hotel’s cold and heat sources, water system, air system design, smoke control and exhaust, air conditioning automatic control system design.
