摘要 普洱茶起源于云南省,其独特的滋味口感、保健功效以及“香于九畹芳兰气,圆如三秋皓月轮”的文化底蕴深受广大消费者喜爱。普洱茶品牌价值在2010年到2020年间保持稳步增长,茶叶种植面积和产量逐年上升,普洱茶的相关科研也取得了很大进展。查阅2018—2020年国内外普洱茶科研文献,从普洱茶茶叶种植、加工、活性成分、保健功效以及普洱茶深加工产品等方面综述普洱茶研究进展,为普洱茶产业健康可持续发展提供依据。 Pu-erh tea originated from Yunnan province of China.Because of the unique flavor and health care effect,and the powerful culture'The aroma is more than orchids,the shape like the Autumn moon',Pu-erh tea are deeply loved by consumer.From 2010 to 2020,the brand value of Pu-erh tea maintained steady growth.The tea planting area and yield kept rising.The related research of Pu-erh tea also developed quickly.In order to get more people to realize and love Pu-erh tea,this paper made a summary of Pu-erh tea planting,processing,active ingredients,health care efficacy and deep processing products by consulting the domestic and foreign scientific research literature from 2018 to 2020.Combining with the advice and guidance given by the relevant experts of Pu-erh tea industry,this article would provide a theoretical basis for Pu-erh tea industry's healthy and sustainable development.
