摘要 在中职学业水平考试背景下,酒店服务与管理专业一直被视为是关键的一环,酒店服务与管理专业主要强调的是以专业理论知识为前提,紧密结合酒店实地实践技能。对中职院校的学生而言,学习适合自身职业发展的专业技能以及理论知识非常关键。对中职院校的教师而言,教师在实施日常的酒店服务管理技能教学的过程中,要和学生实际教育背景相结合,针对强化学生的有关专业技术实践水平、学习兴趣、学习水平存在关键的作用。 Under the background of secondar y vocational school level examination,the major of hotel service and management has always been regarded as a key link.The major of hotel service and management mainly emphasizes the premise of professional theoretical knowledge and closely combines the practical skills of the hotel.For students in secondary vocational schools,it is very important to learn professional skills and theoretical knowledge suitable for their own career development.For teachers in secondary vocational schools,teachers should combine with students'actual educational background in the daily teaching of hotel service management skills,which plays a key role in strengthening students'professional and technical practice level,learning interest and learning level.
