森林康养体验对中职学生的心理干预探究

摘要 森林康养体验,在我国的中职学生教育体系中,迄今为止,尚没有针对学生的心理干预课程及实践活动,将森林康养体验活动纳入相关的第二课堂和心理健康教学,对学生的自信心、学习能力、生活独立、社交、对手机依赖性等方面进行森林康养现场体验教学及心理干预,减少中职学生心理问题的发生;促进中职学生职业能力的提高;完善森林康养体验针对心理问题的实践操作。 In the secondary vocational education system of our country,there is no psychological intervention curriculum and practical activities for students so f ar,The forest health experience activities will be included in the relevant second classroom and mental health teaching,and the on-site forest health experience teaching and psychological intervention will be carried out on the aspects of students'self-conf idence,learning ability,independence of life,social interaction,dependence on mobile phones,etc.,so as to reduce the occurrence of secondary vocational students'psychological problems,promote the improvement of vocational ability of secondary vocational students,and improve the forest health experience for psychological problems Practical operation of.
