摘要
目前压裂泵曲轴强度计算大多仅采用有限元分析方法,而鲜有人将连续梁法和有限元分析方法结合起来进行对比计算。笔者以输入功率为3300 hp的五缸压裂泵为例,首先采用连续梁法对曲轴进行强度计算,然后基于Simulation对压裂泵曲轴进行有限元分析,通过两种方法的对比计算,为压裂泵曲轴的科学设计提供理论依据。
At present,the fracturing pump crankshaft strength calculation only uses the finite element analysis method,but few people would combine the continuous beam method and the finite element analysis method to carry on the comparative calculation.In this paper,taking the 3300hp quintuple cylinders fracturing pump as an example,the continuous beam method is used to calculate the strength of the crankshaft,and then the finite element analysis of the fracture pump crankshaft is carried out based on simulation.Through comparison of the two methods,the theoretical basis is provided for the scientific design of the fracture pump crankshaft.
