摘要
通过机载采集记录器采集获得的航空发动机试飞数据中时常存在跳点,针对目前存在的问题及需求,提出一种基于差分绝对值的跳点检测方法,将试验数据的差分绝对值序列的平均值作为检测门限值,可以有效的检测并剔除跳点,然后通过多项式拟合进行补正。最后,通过仿真数据和实际飞行数据验证,表明该方法能够有效剔除数据中存在的跳点,为发动机飞行试验工作提供了依据。
In the flight test data of aero engine collected by the airborne acquisition recorder,there are often jump points.According to current problems and needs,a jump detection method based on differential absolute value(DAV)is proposed in this paper.The average value of the sequence of difference absolute values of the test data is used as the detection threshold,which can effectively check and eliminate jump points,and then the jump points are corrected by polynomial fitting.Finally,the method is verified by the simulation data and actual flight data.The results show that the proposed method can effectively eliminate the jump points in the data,which provides the basis for engine flight tests.
