摘要
为研究阀门执行器直齿轮结构强度特性,建立直齿轮的三维几何模型,采用有限元计算,结果输出直齿轮等效应力、齿根接触应力、疲劳强度。直观地分析了阀门执行器直齿轮强度特性。该强度分析结果可与理论值计算结果比较,误差很小,结果表明有限元分析阀门执行器直齿轮结构强度可行。
In order to study the structural strength characteristics of the straight gear of valve actuator,a three-dimensional geometric model of the straight gear is established in this paper.The finite element method is used to calculate the results of the output of the straight gear's equivalent stress,tooth root contact stress and fatigue strength.The strength characteristics of straight gear of valve actuator are analyzed intuitively.The result of the strength analysis can be compared with that of the theoretical value calculation,and the error is very small.The result shows that the finite element analysis of the strength of the straight gear structure of valve actuator is feasible.
