摘要
为掌握叶片数对双吸泵工作性能的影响,以S型双吸泵模型为基础,通过改变叶片的数目获得了四种叶轮水力模型。基于SIMPLEC算法、标准湍流模型和雷诺时均的方程作为流动控制方程,通过FLUENT仿真软件分别对叶片数为4、5、6、7四种双吸泵模型进行数值模拟。通过对比分析仿真结果,得到了叶片数对双吸泵性能的影响规律,为水泵设计者合理选取叶片数提供有益参考。
In order to fully understand the influence of the blades number on the performance of double suction pump,based on the S-type double suction pump model,four kinds of impeller hydraulic models are obtained by changing the number of blades.Based on the SIMPLEC algorithm,standard turbulence model and Reynolds time average equation as the flow control equation,four kinds of double suction pump models with blade number of 4,5,6 and 7 are simulated by the FLUENT simulation software.Through comparing and analyzing the simulation results,the influence rule of the blade number on the performance of double suction pump is obtained,which would provide a useful reference for the pump designer to select the blade number reasonably.
