摘要
通过选型计算,使用3个315 kW永磁电滚筒作为驱动部,设计出可靠的L型结构驱动架,计算出驱动架连接部位所需的高强度螺栓等级及尺寸大小,并应用ANSYS软件对驱动架进行受力分析,进行结构优化,使驱动部抗变形能力更强,进而使皮带运输机节能高效,长距离运输,此设计制造方法值得在皮带运输机方面推广应用。
In this paper,three 315 kW permanent magnet electric rollers are used as the driving part to design a reliable L type structure driving frame,then the grade and size of high-strength bolts required for the connection part of the driving frame are calculated.The ANSYS software is used to analyze the force on the driving frame and optimize the structure,so that the deformation resistance of the driving part is stronger,thus the belt conveyor is energy-saving,efficient and suitable for long-distance transport.The method of designing and manufacturing is worth popularizing in the field of belt conveyor.
