石墨薄片电极铣削加工研究

摘要 针对石墨比较脆、结构不均匀,薄片电极在加工时极易发生断裂、崩角等问题,在对薄片石墨电极加工难点进行分析的基础上,通过选择合理的编程策略、采用合理的切削参数、选用合理的加工设备、刀具及石墨材料,解决了薄片石墨电极铣削加工过程中易断裂、崩角问题,为类似结构薄片石墨电极加工提供了参考。 For the brittle and uneven structure of graphite material,thin slice graphite electrode is prone to fracture and breakage during machining.Based on the machining difficulties analysis of the thin slice graphite electrode,the problem that thin slice graphite is easy to fracture is solved by selecting reasonable programming strategy,reasonable cutting parameters,graphite material,machining equipment,and tools in this paper.It provides a benifical reference for milling machining of the similar structure of thin slice graphite electrode.
