摘要
针对大峡水电站75 MW水轮发电机组真空破坏阀在运行过程中多次出现因阀盘脱落、阀盘与阀座之间夹入异物、密封环紧固螺钉断裂、轴套与阀轴抱死等故障,分析原因并提出相应的处理方案及防范措施,特别是真空破坏阀浮球式防返水装置的设计应用,提高了机组真空破坏阀的运行可靠性。通过现场多年的运行考验及实践检验,证明对真空破坏阀运行故障的处理工艺及实施措施成功、有效。这对水电行业类似设备的设计、应用及检修维护等有积极的借签意义。
For the vacuum breaker valve of 75 MW hydrogenerator unit of Daxia Hydropower Station,there are many faults such as valve disc falling off,tells the hydropower station in the process of running multiple occurrences of valve,foreign body sandwiched between valve disc and valve seat,fracture of sealing ring fastening screw,the shaft sleeve and valve spindle locking,etc.,then the causes are analyzed and the corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward in this paper;in particular,the design and application of the floating ball type return water proof device for vacuum breaker valve greatly improves the operation reliability of vacuum breaker valve unit.Through the field operation test and practice test for many years,it is proved that the treatment technology and implementation measures of vacuum failure valve are effective.It is of positive significance for the design,application,maintenance and management of the similar equipment in hydropower industry.
