摘要
从设计强度、焊接质量、加工过程、零件材料、产品使用等方面去分析液冷侧板故障原因,得出定位故障产生的原因是操作使用不当、内部超压导致。通过故障复现,给出了避免故障再次发生的措施,并给出了长远解决措施,为后续设计和工艺改进提供了思路。
From the aspects of design strength,welding quality,machining process,parts material,and product use,etc.,it is found that the causes of liquid cooling side plate fault are improper operation and internal overpressure.Through the recurrence of the fault,the measures to avoid the recurrence of the fault are given,and the long-term solutions are then put forward,which would provide ideas for the follow-up design and process improvement.
