防爆无轨工程车轮胎拆装工具的设计及应用 被引量:2

摘要 防爆无轨工程车轮胎多为实心轮胎,十吨工程车轮胎单个重200 kg,针对目前工程车轮胎拆装时需要太多人问题和操作过程不安全的问题,研制了一个专用轮胎拆装工具。本文对轮胎拆装工具底部拖杆和小连杆进行了有限元应力分析,通过对比最大压力处von Mises值和材料的屈服强度,得出轮胎拆装工具能够满足举升200 kg重轮胎的使用要求。通过实际应用,验证了该工具能够实现单人高效、安全完成轮胎拆装任务,工作效率提升的同时为检修人员的人身安全提供了保证。 Most tires of the explosion-proof trackless engineering vehicle are solid tires;one tire of a 10-ton mobile machinery shop weighs 200 kg.At present,the dismounting and assembling of mobile machinery shop tires needs lots of workers,and the whole process is unsafe;aiming at these problems,a specialized tool for dismounting and assembling tires is developed in this paper.The finite element stress analysis on the bottom drag bar and the small connecting rod of the tire dismounting and assembling tool is carried out.By analyzing and comparing the von Mises value at the maximum pressure and the yield strength of the material,it is concluded that the tire dismounting and assembling tool can meet the requirements of lifting 200 kg heavy tire.Through the practical application,it is verified that the tool can accomplish the task of tire disassembly and assembly efficiently and safely;thus the work efficiency is improved,and the personal safety of the maintenance workers is guaranteed at the same time.
