摘要
针对天然气长输管线用全焊接球阀的焊缝质量安全问题,提出了焊缝质量安全的控制措施,重点阐述了焊缝的焊接应力消除和焊接后免热处理的方法评定,通过焊接试样的焊接应力、HIC、SSC、CTOD等检测和评定,验证了封闭焊缝质量控制措施的可行性和稳定性,全面提高了全焊接球阀焊接性能,为解决全焊接球阀生产过程中免热处理技术难题提供理论支撑。
Aiming at the weld quality and safety problems of all welded ball valve used in long distance natural gas pipeline,the control measures of weld quality and safety are put forward in this paper.The stress relief of welding seam and the method evaluation of heat-free treatment after welding are mainly expounded.Through testing and evaluating the welding stress,HIC,SSC and CTOD of welding samples,the feasibility and stability of quality control measures for closed weld is verified,thus the welding performance of all welded ball valve is improved.It provides theoretical support for solving the technical problem of heat-free treatment in the production process of all welded ball valve.
